JSC MCC “Entrepreneurship Development Fund” (hereinafter referred to as the Company) expresses its respect to you and informs you that in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic dated March 4, 2022 No. 109 “On measures to improve the efficiency of a business entity with a state share in the authorized capital” the powers of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic to exercise the right of the owner of state property as a shareholder (participant) of the open joint stock company microcredit company “Entrepreneurship Development Fund” from the State Property Management Fund under the Ministry of Economy and Commerce of the Kyrgyz Republic were transferred to the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic .
Procedural issues for the implementation of the above resolution of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic have been completed, in connection with which, from April 12, 2022, the government represented by the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic acts as the owner of 100% of the Company's shares.
