July 3, 2020, at the annual meeting of shareholders of OJSC MCC "FRP" it was decided:
- Prematurely terminate the powers of a member of the Board of Directors of the Company - Aliyev Abdinabiy Turdumatovich.
- To elect Zhumaliev Chyngyz Zainidinovich as a member of the Board of Directors of OJSC MCC "FRP"
- To terminate the powers of the current Auditor of OJSC MCC "FRP" - Ramanova Zh.K.
- To elect Dzheenchoroeva Nurgul Seitbekovna as the new Auditor of OJSC MCC "FRP"
